With twenty years as an NFL coach and fifteen years as a college coach, I spent my entire first career traveling. Whether for games or when scouting talent, I visited some of the greatest cities in this country and worked with friends I will have for a lifetime.
Now that I’ve settled in Florida with my new venture launched, I am enjoying the feeling of being part of this community too. And every day, I find teams of all types and sizes hard at work.
On my recent visit to the newsroom of WJGH-TV, the teamwork there was evident in every second; both before, during, and after going live on air.
I got to see a group of anchors, videographers, and all manner of professionals working so hard (in a limited timeframe) to make the program they produced appear effortless.
While this experience was reminiscent of working under the bright lights of an NFL game that took place in real time, it was also a reminder of what a team of people, passionate about their craft, can create.
Here’s a clip from the interview, and thanks again to this dedicated team!
